  • Accounting Service

    Responsibilities:
  • management of finance-related activities of the City Government and its structural units;
  • planning and analysis of the revenue and expenditure of the City;
  • City's budgeting, accounting for non-budgetary funds and earmarked receipts, and accounting in general;
  • servicing of loans;
  • collection and analysis of necessary source material for drawing up the city budget;
  • drawing up of the draft city budget, management of the accounting and reporting as regards budget implementation, drawing up of the draft report on budget implementation;
  • provision of accounting for the structural units of the City Government
